Welcome to SeaQuest Cruise Line! These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our services and travel aboard our cruise ships. By booking or boarding a SeaQuest cruise, you agree to comply with these Terms.
1. General Information
1.1 SeaQuest Cruise Line (“SeaQuest,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is a registered company in the British Virgin Islands.
1.2 These Terms apply to all passengers, including individuals, groups, and corporate clients.
1.3 SeaQuest reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. The latest version will be available on our website.
2. Booking and Payment
2.1 All bookings require a non-refundable deposit at the time of reservation.
2.2 Full payment is required before the departure date, as specified in your booking confirmation.
2.3 Payments must be made through accepted payment methods, including credit/debit cards and approved mobile money services.
2.4 Prices are subject to change due to factors such as fuel surcharges, taxes, and government-imposed fees.
3. Cancellation and Refund Policy
3.1 Cancellations must be made in writing and are subject to the following penalties:
60+ days before departure: Full refund minus the deposit.
30-59 days before departure: 50% of total fare retained.
Less than 30 days before departure: No refund.
3.2 No refunds will be issued for no-shows or voluntary trip interruptions.
3.3 Travel insurance is highly recommended.
4. Passenger Conduct and Responsibilities
4.1 Passengers must comply with all safety protocols and instructions from the crew.
4.2 Smoking, drug use, and unruly behavior are strictly prohibited.
4.3 Passengers are responsible for their personal belongings; SeaQuest is not liable for lost or stolen items.
5. Travel Documents and Requirements
5.1 Passengers must carry valid passports and necessary travel visas.
5.2 It is the responsibility of the passenger to meet all immigration requirements of the countries visited.
5.3 SeaQuest reserves the right to deny boarding to any passenger without the proper documentation.
6. Health and Safety
6.1 Passengers must be in good health to travel. Any pre-existing medical conditions must be disclosed at the time of booking.
6.2 SeaQuest reserves the right to refuse boarding to passengers who pose a health risk to others.
6.3 Onboard medical assistance is available, but passengers are responsible for their medical expenses.
7. Itinerary and Changes
7.1 SeaQuest reserves the right to modify itineraries due to weather, mechanical issues, or government regulations.
7.2 In the event of trip cancellation by SeaQuest, passengers will receive a full refund or an alternative booking.
8. Liability and Indemnity
8.1 SeaQuest is not liable for any delays, cancellations, or force majeure events beyond our control.
8.2 Passengers agree to indemnify SeaQuest from any claims arising from their conduct or non-compliance with these Terms.
9. Fraud Prevention and Employment Disclaimer
9.1 SeaQuest does not charge candidates for job applications or recruitment.
9.2 Any hiring processes are conducted directly through SeaQuest’s official channels. We are not responsible for fraudulent hiring practices by third parties.
10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
10.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of the British Virgin Islands.
10.2 Any disputes must be resolved through arbitration in the British Virgin Islands.
